About me
Understanding the factors that promote and constrain species diversification is the central goal of evolutionary biology. I am particularly interested in how these processes influenced the evolution and diversification of organisms. To understand evolutionary processes I have been working on population genetics, phylogenetics, taxonomy, biogeography, and macroevolutionary trends of functional morphology using comparative methods. I’m a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History (Tel Aviv University, Israel) in Shai Meiri's Lab, with a PhD from University of São Paulo in Hussam Zaher’s Lab.
